    I think Steve Jobs had an incredible mind and he really knew what the people wanted to make our life easier… We need more visionaries like him.

    Steve Jobs actually changed the way we listen to music and other activities we do, I think the most remarkable thing he did, is that he demonstrated that technology doesn’t have to be complicated for the customer.

    Hi, here’s my comment:
    I really think he was incredible and all that new things he left us are useful but “more useful things make humans useless”. That’s why we leed to learn how to use this new technology without taking away our natural abilities.

  5. Steve Jobs was an innovative person who, with his great ideas, changed the modern world with the technology he created. Steve enjoyed his job do everything with dedication. He pretended create products easy to understand for everybody, and he did it like that.
    Steve was a good manager. He motivated his employes to obtain great products. Jobs was someone with a vision and he made that vision into reality.

    Steve Jobs has contributed to have a better way to comunicate between us, doing the contact faster and sometimes, nearer.

    I think that Steve Jobs was a person with the NEW DOOR for technology, now we can talk with any kind of people and it doesn’t matter where can be in place, country, space or site

  8. The Maria Moors Cabot prize is a great way to recognize the best journalist. Giving them what they deserve for their work and effort, Also we know that journalism in American countries is difficult.

  9. It’s really good to know that there’s people in our country who is worried about making good journalism (Carlos Dada) and I liked his speech at Columbia Journalist School, for those who hasn’t listened Dada’s speech, I tell you, you must see it.

  10. Intermediate English Class at ITCA with Teacher Moises Gonzalez .
    Students are producing English language based in content, content was about Maria Moors Cabot Prize , this was honored to Carlos Dada , an outstanding journalist in El Salvador .
    Students have received the input,( Building Background ) Images printed were posted in the board and a briefly explanation was given by the Teacher( Lesson Delivery ),students were requested to provide their understanding about the content in consideration (Building Background) , then a sheet with the content about Columbia University and its prize given to Carlos Dada was delivered to them, after that the class was splited and roles were assigned (leader,spokesperson,vocabulary observer and note taker).
    ,once students were very familiar with the content then materials were given to them as a group to produce a wall,( copies,markers,scissors,glue,color sheets,etc )
    This video shows the lesson core which is make students produce english language .
    This video has been posted for educational purposes and is a vivid representation about how much language can students produce based in content , besides that , Salvadorians feel very proud of have people as Carlos Dada .
    Class developed in the afternoon of October 30th , 2011 at ITCA Santa Tecla , El Salvador .

  11. Hi! Teacher…Here is my Bloom’s Taxonomy of Michael Jackson:

    1. REMEMBERING: Was an American famous singer, called to as the King of Pop, He’s an icon of the Pop music, dance, and fashion around the world.

    2. UNDERSTANDING: He change the pop music culture with his music and throughout his career transformed the art of the music video and built the way for modern pop music.

    3. APPLICATION: Michael Jackson was a completely artist and he used different ways to project his music like dance, videos, concerts and publicity around the world, and because of that he received a lot of awards in his life.

    4. ANALYSIS: He produced different success albums and videos around his life. His total lifetime earnings from his solo recordings and music videos, revenue from concerts and endorsements have been estimated at US$500 million; some analysts have speculated that his music catalog holdings could be worth billions of dollars.

    5. SYNTHESIS: Even Michael Jackson was a very famous and millionaire person, he was a lot of problems with his privacy life like divorces, demands and diseases.

    6. EVALUATION: I Think Michael Jackson wasn’t particularly happy with either, he says, is the scene “when she tells me about going to see the Wizard. I wanted to make the whole feeling of it more exciting. Like I say, I’m never satisfaced with anything.”

  14. Michael Jackson was born in 1985 Gary, indiana. He was the seventh of nine children. With his talent from the five years Michael and his brothers started in a group called -The Jackson five-.
    He was the leader of the group, with productions like –ABC- , -I’ll be there- doing youthfuls and fun music. In 1970’s the group continued performing together, although Michael started to record music on his own.
    Jackson released -Thriller- it was the best selling álbum of all the time and also won eight Grammy Awards and seven American Music Awards. All his performence and songs he left, at time in all over the world we can Heard about him and his famous –Moon Walk.
    Michael Jackson from his chilhood was a good Singer and good performer he impact to the world Michael was a hhuge succes, but he was also a very troubled man. His behavior and appearance bécame incresingly strange, with many operations to change his face.
    He was named –the kind of pop- with many good intentions for the world especially kids avery charitable person despite the critics for his problems with drugs, personality, his accusations with kid’s violations.
    He was a very very important pop singer I’ve ever Heard; his problems and absurdities, were no impediment to respect him for the musical legacy he left us.

    “Michael Jackson”

    Remembering: Michael Jackson was a great artist; he was recognized around the world. He made songs in all his life.
    Understanding: Jackson was five years old when he began singing with his brothers in a group called “The Jacksons 5”. The group began success. Michael was the star of the group. In the 1970’s Jackson started to record music on himself.
    Application: his first album was “Off the wall” the second was “thriller”, both were a success. Through his albums he won some Latin Grammy an American Grammy.
    Michael was a trouble man; he had many surgery operations to change his face and the color of his skin. When he dies many of his fans around the world mourned his death.
    Analysis: Jackson made the different songs for show his own feeling. He was recognized for the original videos for some song that activated the attention of many people.
    Synthesis: Michael Jackson with his success songs won millions of dollars and with this money he helped people in Africa and donated millions of dollars for associations for help children in United States. Michael Jackson brought attention to his body’s movements by wearing shiny White glove, shortened black pants and white socks. He created revolutionary dance movements. He could be as a robot or seemed walk backwards on air.
    Evaluation: Michael’s song was influenced to famous performers and millions of ordinary people. Everybody will remember him and his songs and cool videos.

  18. hi teacher! is very late but i am sorry i forgot this! 🙂 but i did

    REMEBERING: he was a famous singer, a famous person, he song usually pop, he was a trouble men.

    UNDERSTANDING: he changed the world with his music, and changed the fashion until today.

    APPLICATION: i think! he changed the world with his fashions and music because he always taught the world how to be a better person… and he demostred in his videos and lyrics to songs.

    ANALYSIS: he had a lot of money! because he worked all his life and always singing… when he song in the “Jackson five” he earned a lot of money… and more money when he song alone… only for a concert i think he earned a millions dollars….

    SYNTHESIS: he always was a trouble men! because he divorced many times, and he received a many demands… but always he was a millionaire person.

    EVALUATION: even he had a lot of money… i guess he never was a happy person! in his privacy he never smiled or something like that… you know he just smiled in front of millions of people.
