    good morning today i learn a lot about website and i feel that it´s not complicate. i learn to use links ,i m like this information because all it´s very important to learn english listen and speak ánd today that was learn thank you teacher

Today we learn about two diferent GRAMMAR “simple present” and “present continuos” this is very important we have to know and memorise the difference between bouth “SIMPLE PRESENT” Is fo indicate habits, routines dayly, activities (she,he,it) We usually add the letter “S” to the base form of the verb in simple present afirmative sentences for the third person singular however,there are some exceptions. for example,if thebase form of the verb ENDS in “SH” “CH” “SS” “X” AND LETTER “Z” o vowel”O” we d ES
    Morever,if the base form ends inconsonant more letter “Y” we change “y” for letter “I” and ADD “ES”.
    “PRESENT CONTINUOS” To indicate action in progress,actions at that time or future. “BE + PRESENT PARTICIPLE (ING) . thank u teacher!!!

  23. Diference between Simple Present tense and Present Continuous tense.
    1. Simple Present: To indicate habits routines, daily activities.
    Is (HE, SHE and IT)
    Time expresions: Always, Usually, Often, sometimes, etc.
    Add “s” to verb for singular form. But not when use auxiliary verb (Do or Does).

    2. Present Continuous(Ing): To indicate actions in progress , actions at time or future.
    Time expresions: Today, Afternoon, Right now, later, etc.
    Always use “BE”

    Example: He is visiting his family.

  25. After class I did learn that in Simple Present the verbs on third person I will write “S” to end. Also that on Simple Present I use stative verbs and I can use “Do and Does”.
    When I use the Present Continuos I use the verb “To Be” and I write the verb with “ing” because the action is right now.

    Simple Present: I learned that at this time the “s” is used or “is” depending on what the termination of the verb, also when the present simple is used, not the verb “BE” only “DO” or “DOES” is used when you want to ask questions.

    Present continuous: In contrast, in the present continuous using the “BE” to either ask a question or make a sentence, also verbs also use the “ing” in his termination.

    The difference of these are:
    -The simple present does not occupy the “BE” in the present continuous if used.
    -The Simple ranks presents “DO” or “DOES” for questions in the present continuous not change.
    -In the present simple is used when it is doing something in the future, does not mean that the time and used. In the “Present continuous” is something that is being done at the moment

  27. Differences between the simple present tense and present continuous.

    1. Simple present tense: to indicate habits, routines, daily activities.
    some characteristics:
    • As forms the basis of the verb, but without the “to”
    • the third person singular adds “s”
    • negatively, you need the auxiliary “do” or “does” + not
    • interrogative, the auxiliary do or does standing in front of the subject
    • in short answers, the auxiliary do or does is placed behind the subject.
    Examples:
     he walks every day to school
     i listen music often in the night
     does he visit his parents very often?
     No, he doesn´t
    Time expressions: every, once, twice…
    frequency adverb: always, sometimes, usually, often, never, hardly…

    2. Present continuous: to indicate actions in progress, actions at that time or future
    some characteristics:
    • is formed with the verb to be in this plus a present participle.
    • expresses what is happening at the moment or in the corresponding period of time
    • negative, not or n `t be added to the verb to be
    • in interrogative, first put the verb to be
    • in short answers we repeat after the subject pronoun.
    Examples:
     he is writing in this momento
     i not Reading a book now
     what are they doing right now?
     They are eating at the momento.
    Time expressions: now, today, at the moment, this afternoon, tmorrow, tonight…

  31. what I understand in the difference between the do and does is that Do what I will use when speaking in the first person and DOES’m going to use when speaking in the third person

  34. I understand the simple present is for express abits and daily activities, if I want express that I will say:
    He play soccer every days.
    And the Present Continuous is for express an action in progress, for example: I am watching the Fifa World Cup.
    And about the Do and Does, I understand the diference like that:
    I will use Do for a first person and Does is for a third person.

    she does not walk to work

    Present Continuous understand that is used when speaking of this the past or the future and add the form and the verb be ing.

    she is working.

    Are common actions that occur frequently or are ocurring at the present time .

    Conjugation. (Talks, eats, learns, watches,does,goes…)

    Examples:
    *l play tennis
    *He works in an office
    *They travel to Brasil

    Negative sentences.
    Examples:
    *I do not [don’t] talk
    *He does not [doesn’t]
    *They do not [don’t]

    PRESENTE CONTINIUS
    Used to describe actions that are performed in the same moment that you speak (BE +ing)

    Conjugation. (Talking, eating,learning,doing,going…)

    Examples.
    ¤He is reading a book now
    ¤She is playing guitar
    ¤They are talking you.

  37. simple present – habits routines
    example:

    The train leaves tonight at 6 PM.
    The bus does not arrive at 11 AM, it arrives at 11 PM.

    present progressive-actions in progres

    example:

    I am studying now.
    I am studying with María tonight
