Teleperformance Visit – Jan 2015

On Monday January 19th , Teleperformance El Salvador received a group of 45 ITCA-FEPADE students in Santa Tecla Facilities, Premises Coordinator Manuel Fernando Pena kindly led the visit over Cafeterias , the Hiring Department Manager Denisse with one of her staff Frank who provided all students processes required to be a Teleperformance employee and focus competences expected ; Vocabulary , Grammar , Pronunciation and Fluency .
As part of Teleperformance hospitality kindly shared with ITCA students a snack to spend few great moments .
ITCA-FEPADE is beholden with Teleperformance for permitting this unforgettable experience, we have no doubts students were impressed and reloaded to keep going with their language acquisition process and work very soon at Teleperformance , thanks Teleperformance again and CCI ( Centro de Capacitacion de Idiomas ) Coordinator Karla Ferrer for supporting this outdoor activity , thanks to our CCI-NEC Manager Carmen Maron as well .
Students levels including on this visit were among Talk , Intermediate , Advanced and Basic .
